Offer letter (OL)
Receive your conditional or unconditional Offer Letter from UTI.

Accept & pay deposit
Sign the Offer Letter and pay the initial deposit to confirm your seat.

Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
We issue your CoE — the document you need for your student visa application.

Apply for student visa (500)
Lodge your subclass 500 visa with the Department of Home Affairs.
06
Arrival & orientation
Land in Sydney, attend orientation week and start classes at your campus.
Offer Letter & CoE
Conditional and unconditional Offer Letters issued within 5 business days. CoE released after deposit and document verification.

Intakes & academic calendar
Multiple intakes per year across qualifications. Speak with admissions for the next available start date.
Fees & payment plans
Transparent course fees with structured payment plans for tuition, materials and OSHC where required.
RPL & Credit Transfer
Recognise prior learning, work experience and previously completed units toward your UTI qualification.
Orientation week
Mandatory orientation: campus tour, academic policies, support services and meeting your trainers.
