Living & studying in North Parramatta.
Everything international students need to know about accommodation, transport, cost of living and daily life in one of Sydney's most accessible western suburbs.

Why North Parramatta?
North Parramatta sits at the heart of Greater Sydney's fastest-growing education and health precinct. It is quieter and more affordable than the inner city, yet still on a direct train line to Sydney CBD. For international students studying at UTI or nearby institutions, it offers the right mix of convenience, community and value.
The suburb is bordered by Parramatta Park to the south, Lake Parramatta to the north, and major transport corridors that make commuting easy. You will find a genuine multicultural community — over half of residents speak a language other than English at home — which makes settling in easier for students from abroad.
